A lot of information about your spa can be found by opening the access panel, generally on the side of the spa where the topside control panel is located. Usually there will be a label affixed to the inside of the spa that has the Manufacturer, Model Name and Number, Serial Number, etc.
We generally count bodies of water based on the number of chemical tests that we will need to perform. If we can test and adjust the water one time and have it take care of both the pool and the spa, we don't charge you a separate fee.
